By accessing or using CallRecap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
CallRecap is a software-as-a-service product that provides post-call AI summaries and CRM integration for Zoom Contact Center. The Service processes call transcripts using artificial intelligence to generate structured summaries and enables pushing those summaries to connected CRM systems.
The Service is designed for Zoom Contact Center customers and requires an active Zoom account with Contact Center capabilities.
To use CallRecap, you must authenticate via your Zoom account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Zoom account credentials. The first user from an organization to sign in is automatically assigned the administrator role and is responsible for managing team access.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
CallRecap offers the following subscription tiers:
Paid plans use per-seat pricing based on the number of licensed agents. Billing is handled by a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize recurring charges.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
Summary counts reset at the beginning of each billing period. If you reach your tier's summary limit, new call engagements will be recorded but summaries will not be generated until the limit resets or you upgrade.
You agree not to:
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by CallRecap and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain all rights to your data, including call transcripts, engagement metadata, and any content generated by the Service from your data (such as AI summaries).
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that call transcripts are processed by third-party AI services to generate summaries. While transcripts are transmitted via secure API calls, you should ensure that your use of the Service complies with any applicable call recording consent laws and your organization's policies.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Zoom and supported CRM providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. If a third-party service experiences downtime or changes its API, portions of CallRecap may be temporarily unavailable or function differently.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
AI-generated summaries are produced by machine learning models and may not be perfectly accurate. You should review summaries before relying on them for critical business decisions. CallRecap is not responsible for errors or omissions in AI-generated content.
Administrators may request account deletion from the Settings page. Upon request, a 30-day grace period begins during which the deletion can be cancelled. After 30 days, all organization data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Before requesting deletion, you may export your data using the data export feature available in Settings > Account.
If you uninstall CallRecap from the Zoom Marketplace, your Zoom OAuth tokens are immediately revoked. Your organization data is preserved in case you choose to reinstall.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallRecap and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallRecap from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion through the Settings page or by contacting us. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
